Who are we looking for ?

At HugoHub, we're looking for a Visual Design Intern to join our forward-thinking, inquisitive 16-member and growing Design team. Your skills in visual storytelling will help shape exciting new ideas in the fintech space.The Visual Design team plays a critical role covering areas such as user research, user interface design, branding, visual design for marketing, sales, internal collateral systems and employment lifecycle communication requirements. Animation and motion graphics are also designed for where required. We believe the following qualities are important for someone in this position:

Scope of work and learning opportunities

• Everything we do is driven by a commitment to improving financial wellbeing.

• Develop a collateral system and work on collaterals which will play a critical role in communication in marketing and sales. Explore and implement visual storytelling in campaigns across multiple channels.

• Explore and design a friendly mentor character for a virtual financial assistant.

• Brand development and evolution of inhouse brands.

• Explore intuitive web design solutions to promote user engagement and promote financial literacy, planning, spending, saving and investing.

• Receive valuable feedback from various stakeholders in company-wide product review sessions, share ideas openly, and keep learning and growing. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact throughout your time with us.

Skills/Knowledge you will need :

• Familiarity with common design tools such as Figma and Adobe suite.

• Bachelor's degree if you have graduated or other relevant education or exposure in the area.

• An approach of using First Principles for solving problems — simple or complex.

• Familiarity with research and basic graphic design principles.

• Ability to ideate and empathise to create impactful designs.

• Familiarity with storyboarding, illustration styles and brand identity design is a good to have.

• Comfort with articulating your thoughts to communicate within and across teams.

Stipend

INR 35,000 / Monthly
