To get cross-functional teams solving problems together.
To prove we can execute at the speed our customers deserve.
Nothing built in 24 hours goes near production. That’s not the point. The point is what teams learn about each other, about the tools available to them now, and about how fast a good idea can become something real when the usual friction is removed. Those lessons travel back into the work that does serve customers.
